Intensive Therapy Helps to Get Ahead of the Cycle
Sometimes 50-minute therapy sessions simply aren't enough. Life gets busy. Sessions are interrupted by work, family responsibilities, and the challenges of everyday life. Just as you begin to gain momentum, another week passes before you can build on what you've learned. Intensive therapy sessions offer something different, allowing you to get ahead of the cycle . . . not caught up in it.
By dedicating focused time over two consecutive days, we can move beyond simply talking about change and begin creating it. Together, we'll develop a deeper understanding of your patterns, strengthen practical coping skills, and build a personalized roadmap for continued growth.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, an intensive creates the space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.
Intensive Therapy
What Is Included?
Our intensive therapy is personalized from start to finish and includes:
60-minute Intake Appointment: a comprehensive assessment to better understand your concerns, history, and goals.
Individualized Treatment Plan: a customized roadmap based on your strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
Two-Day Intensive: six hours of one-on-one therapy delivered over two days, allowing us to build momentum and work more deeply than traditional weekly sessions.
Symptom Assessment & Clinical Recommendations: standardized assessments, when appropriate, along with personalized feedback and recommendations to guide ongoing treatment.
Personalized Home Practice Materials: practical tools, exercises, and resources designed to help you continue applying what you've learned long after the intensive ends.
Designed Around You . . .Not the Schedule
Your therapist intentionally clears their schedule during intensive days to provide uninterrupted, focused care.
This protected time allows us to thoughtfully adapt your treatment as new insights emerge, ensuring each session builds on the foundation of the last.
Between sessions, your therapist reviews your progress, refines your treatment plan, and prepares personalized interventions for the following day. Rather than following a fixed outline, your intensive evolves to meet your unique needs in real time.
You'll also receive individualized aftercare recommendations and practical next steps, so you leave with a clear roadmap for continuing your progress long after the intensive concludes.
The Intake Process
Before your intensive therapy sessions, we'll spend time getting on the same page.
During the intake appointment, we'll explore what's bringing you in, identify the areas where you're feeling stuck, clarify what you'd like to change, and discuss what success would look like for you.
From there, I'll develop an individualized treatment plan that identifies the skills we'll strengthen, the patterns we'll explore, and the areas where greater insight can create meaningful, lasting change.
Every intensive is customized to your unique needs; there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
What Can We Accomplish?
1st Intensive Session
You'll walk away with a clearer understanding of yourself, the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, and practical skills to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and confident in navigating life's challenges.
2nd Intensive Session
We'll build on that foundation by translating insight into action.
Together, we'll identify where your greatest influence lies, practice new ways of responding to challenges, and develop strategies that support lasting change . . . not just temporary relief.
The goal isn't to solve every problem in two days; it's to help you leave with greater clarity, meaningful momentum, and a plan you can continue building on long after the intensive ends.

Limited Monthly Availability & Rates
To ensure each participant receives highly individualized care, only two intensive therapy openings are available each month.
While my weekly therapy caseload is currently full and I am not accepting new ongoing therapy clients, I reserve a limited number of intensive appointments each month for individuals seeking focused, short-term support.
This allows clients to access specialized care without waiting for a recurring weekly opening.
Two-Day Intensive Rate: $2,000
I’m passionate about helping people better understand their minds, break free from unhelpful patterns, and discover that healing is always possible.
