ERP Therapy Builds the Foundation for Lasting OCD Recovery
A 3-DAY IMMERSIVE PROGRAM
For many people with OCD, weekly ERP therapy can feel like taking one step forward and one step back. Not because therapy isn't effective . . . but because OCD is incredibly persuasive. You spend 50 minutes in therapy learning a new way to respond, then hundreds or even thousands of minutes reinforcing the old patterns and reactions.
Life gets busy.
Then a crisis comes up and you forget what you learned.
Now you find yourself having to start completely over the following week.
This is why I created this OCD Intensive: because I wanted clients to have something different that delivers hope and a faster way to find relief.
Instead of spreading foundational learning over months, we dedicate three focused days to understanding OCD, changing how you relate to it, and building the skills that make Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) more effective.
What Makes This Different?
This isn't about cramming a year of therapy into one weekend.
It's about giving your brain enough focused repetition to build momentum before life gets in the way.
ERP therapy is considered the gold standard treatment for OCD and for good reason.
But one thing I've consistently seen is that many people leave ERP feeling like they were simply white-knuckling exposures.
They completed them.
They tolerated anxiety.
Yet somehow OCD just found another way in.
That's because OCD isn't only behavioral; it's also deeply cognitive.
After years of specializing in OCD treatment, I've developed a treatment model that integrates the strongest elements from evidence-based approaches including ERP, CBT, inference-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Learn to Understand OCD on a Deeper Level
Rather than teaching you to simply "face your fears," we'll also help you understand:
How OCD creates convincing doubt
Why OCD gets stuck
How to recognize when OCD has simply changed themes
Why reassurance feels good but keeps you trapped
How to respond differently regardless of what OCD is saying
My goal isn't just to help you complete exposures.
It's to help exposures finally make sense.
Designed Around You . . . Not the Schedule
Your therapist intentionally clears their schedule during intensive days to provide uninterrupted, focused care. This protected time allows us to thoughtfully adapt your ERP therapy and OCD treatment as new insights emerge, ensuring each session builds on the foundation of the last.
Between sessions, your therapist reviews your progress, refines your treatment plan, and prepares personalized interventions for the following day. Rather than following a fixed outline, your intensive evolves to meet your unique needs in real time.
You'll also receive individualized aftercare recommendations and practical next steps, so you leave with a clear roadmap for continuing your progress long after the intensive concludes.

Is This OCD Intensive Right for You?
My goal is to make sure this intensive therapy is the right level of care for you. During our complimentary consultation and intake, we'll discuss your symptoms, goals, and current needs to determine whether this program is the best fit for your unique needs.
This OCD intensive is designed for teens (15+) and adults with mild to moderate OCD who qualify for outpatient treatment.
It is not a substitute for a higher level of care, such as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or inpatient treatment. If you are experiencing active suicidal thoughts with intent or plan, have had a recent suicide attempt, are in acute psychiatric crisis, or require a higher level of support for your safety, I will recommend a level of care that can better meet your current needs.
If this intensive isn't the right fit for you at this time, I'll do my best to help guide you toward appropriate resources.

A Note About Results
OCD is highly treatable, but no ethical clinician can promise specific outcomes or guarantee symptom reduction.
What I can promise is a thoughtful, individualized, evidence-based approach.
You'll receive my full attention, specialized expertise, and a structured treatment plan tailored to your unique OCD presentation.
Like any meaningful therapeutic work, your progress will depend on many factors, including your willingness to engage with the process, practice the skills we develop together, and continue applying them after the intensive.
Many clients describe this experience as a turning point . . . not because everything changes in three days, but because they leave with a new understanding of OCD, greater confidence in responding to it, and a clear roadmap for continued recovery.
